WSU Applebaum pharmacy alumnus Ed Szandzik '80 received the Michigan Pharmacists Association Pharmacist of the Year Award – the highest honor in Michigan pharmacy – at the organization's convention last week. The recipient of this lifetime achievement award is selected for his or her professional excellence, exemplary service and dedication to advancing the profession and public health.
