Today, July 19, 2026, we proudly celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Southfield Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
On July 19, 1986, at the Southfield Civic Center, the Southfield Alumni Chapter was chartered. Seventy Brothers became the chartering members of the Southfield Alumni Chapter of ΚΑΨ, making it the largest alumni chapter chartered in the Fraternity’s history at that time.
Today, we honor the vision, dedication, and commitment of those 70 Charter Members, as well as every Brother who has continued to uphold the noble ideals of Achievement in Every Field of Human Endeavor. Their leadership, service, and unwavering bond have left a lasting impact on our communities, our Fraternity, and the countless lives they have touched over the past four decades.
As we celebrate this historic milestone, we also look ahead with pride and purpose, committed to building upon the strong foundation established by our Charter Members and ensuring that the legacy of achievement, leadership, and service continues for generations to come.
