Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Wildlife Leadership Awards 2021

The Rocky Mountain Elf Foundation (RMEF) established the Tortenson Family Endowment Wildlife Leadership Award and the Gerald L. (Jerry) Turpin Wildlife Leadership Award to encourage and promote leadership among future wildlife management professionals. Each award is $5,000 and includes a one-year membership to the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.

Deadline: July 1, 2021

Requirements:
- Must be an undergraduate enrolled in a wildlife-related natural resource program in a four-year college/university in the United States or Canada. It is acceptable to be transferring from a two-year college to a four-year institution.
-Must have at least junior standing, as verified by the applicant’s college/university.
-Must have at least one semester or two quarters remaining in an undergraduate degree program.
-Must be enrolled as a full-time student for the 2021 fall semester/quarter prior to funds being distributed. This will be verified with the awardee’s college/university in the fall.
