Did you know that Polarity Therapy is a comprehensive holistic wellness system that integrates bodywork, movement, nutrition, and self-awareness?

Developed by Dr. Randolph Stone, Polarity Therapy explores the relationship between energy, the human body, and overall well-being.

At Global Academy for Energetic Education (GAFEE), our Foundational Polarity Therapy Training (FPTT) Certificate Course introduces students to the Four Branches of Polarity Therapy:

• Bodywork

• Stretches & Postures

• Energetic Food Awareness

• Self-Awareness

Students also explore the Five Elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether—through hands-on training, practical exercises, and experiential learning.
