Love, Autism, and ADHD is an immersive 5-day training designed to equip therapists with the knowledge and skills essential for supporting couples in mixed-neurotype relationships. Rooted in the foundational principles of Intimacy from the Inside Out, this training offers a deepened understanding of how neurobiological differences impact relational dynamics, while providing practical, compassionate interventions that foster connection and healing.

Participants will learn how to apply IFIO protocols through a neurodiversity-affirming lens, exploring how to support couples to find greater connection through the adapted use of unblending, affect regulation and courageous communication. Through a combination of didactic teaching, live demonstrations, and experiential practice, participants will leave this training with greater confidence and competence in working with the complexities of mixed-neurotype partnerships, equipped with concrete strategies that foster deeper connection, resilience, and relational growth.

Elevate your skills with our 3-day IFIO Advanced Training. Designed to focus on the artistry of the model, this training aims to solidify your understanding of IFIO theory and sharpen your practical skills through a review of the protocols, an exploration of the art and craft of the model, live demonstrations, and supervised practice. Participants will be invited to share their challenging cases for group consultation. In this training, we will revisit and deepen into the following protocols:

Tracking Sequences: Surfacing the protector dance and the Exiles that drive it
Courageous Communication: Fostering authentic and brave connection
Transitioning from one protocol to another: Integrating techniques for seamless practice

This three-day immersion will give you the skills to help your clients to transform their relationships from the inside out. Prior to the training, participants will complete a needs assessment to identify their areas of confidence as well as skills in need of further development.
