Dr. Gaither contributed a chapter with co-authors Megan A. Trillo and Gavan J. Fitzsimons from the Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business: “The Buffering Effect of Identity Compartmentalization: Consumer Response to Brand Transgressions.”
