Duke Chi Omega

Duke Chi Omega Chi Omega at Duke University is a part of the largest women’s fraternal organization in the world with a network of over 360,000 initiated members.

Founded in 1895, Chi Omega is the largest women’s fraternal organization in the world, with over 320,000 initiates and 178 collegiate chapters. Duke’s Mu Kappa chapter is a diverse group of fun-loving, genuine, and involved women who share our close bonds of sisterhood. We pride ourselves on our high academic achievement, ranking among the top national Chi Omega GPAs. Our members are leaders of co

untless campus organizations, from the Chronicle to Duke Dance Marathon, tour guides to Hoof ‘n’ Horn, and everything in between. You’ll find Chi O’s researching in labs, performing on stage, studying in the library, and cheering at basketball games – but no matter where we are, we’re always with our sisters. Our chapter actively supports Chi Omega’s national philanthropy, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, raising over $31,000 to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions. In our Scoop-A-Dish and Swishes for Wishes philanthropy events, we raise money for Make-A-Wish and invite a wish kid to a Duke basketball game for an unforgettable experience. Even more than sisters, we are friends for life. Whether we’re having a blast at a date function, dressing up in crazy costumes, bonding at family sleepovers, or hanging out in our gorgeous common room, we love spending time together. As Chi Omegas, we create genuine ties of sisterhood that last far beyond college, and we can’t wait to share these with a new group of incredible women!
