Tracy Owens founded Triangle Nutrition Therapy in 1995 after getting a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science from ECU and an MPH in Nutrition from UNC Chapel Hill. Her private practice is centered around functional and integrative nutrition to provide solutions for individuals with chronic GI issues and autoimmune disease, as well as sports nutrition for athletes.

STUDENT SPOTLIGHT: Tahira "Abi" Hyman

We would like to highlight the success of a former undergraduate student, Tahira Hyman. Abi, as many of you know her, completed her time with us this past summer and was awarded Valedictorian Honors during the Fall Commencement exercises by maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA!! Abi is the first student in over a decade to secure this honor- a testament to her hard work.

If you are applying for internships, the deadline is February 15th. Don’t forget to triple check your DICAS application for submitting and create a D&D Digital account for matching! ⁣

Information will be sent out sometime this semester to apply for graduation if this is your last semester.⁣

Internships begin in January and go through the end of the semester.⁣
