Horticultural Club at UCO

Horticultural Club at UCO The Horticultural Club was established at UCO to inspire and motivate students interested in Plant Biology.

Horticultural practices have been important to the growth and development of humanity. Horticultural club would like to keep this idea alive by encouraging students to take part in the nurturing of plants, and by offering the student body a place to learn about new plant production practices and their effects in the modern world. Horticultural club hopes to teach students the skills to nurture living plants, and understand the importance of taking care of the planet so that life may thrive.

We were excited to volunteer with the City of Edmond Urban Forestry Department yesterday at Bickham-Rudkin Park! We helped with tree mulching and tree trimming. Many more opportunities coming soon!
