Southern California Seminary SCS, located in beautiful San Diego County, CA, is a private institution of higher education The answer is: our commitment to the Word of God.

Who will benefit the most in attending Southern California Seminary? Every class at SCS seeks to understand and apply what God has revealed to us in His Word. The Bible is a textbook for everything we do at this seminary. Our heart’s desire is to be obedient, effective, and loving servants of the Lord Jesus Christ. Our mission is to bring glory to God by assisting local churches to equip all believers to live and minister biblically. We believe your education here is a vital tool to be used for the cause of Christ. The training that students receive at this school will prepare them to serve God in a variety of Christian ministry opportunities. Since 1946, our graduates have continued to make an impact upon the world. Our professors are not only excellent teachers, but they are active ministry participants as well. This allows them to create a perfect blend of academics and practical ministry experience. Everyone here is focused on God’s Word and the actions it prompts. SCS is a ministry under the leadership of Shadow Mountain Community Church whose Senior Pastor is Dr. David Jeremiah. One thing is certain; you will not be the same person after you see what the Holy Spirit will impart to you during your studies at SCS. All truth is God’s truth. Come join the adventure and discover what He has waiting for you.
