In Christ International Bible College - El Paso, Texas Extension Campus ICIBC is a four-year privately accredited Christian university that is leadership and discipleship in nature.

It's purpose is to prepare the student for soul winning and leadership in every sphere of life. ICIBC is an affiliate of Mark Hankins' Ministries, located in Alexandria, LA., which is independent 501(c)(3) non-profit, educational, evangelistic organization incorporated in the State of Louisiana, USA.
