AAPP wants to invite you to the OCA Mental Health Town Hall Forum on World Mental Health Day (10/10). There will be mental health professionals and speakers to talk about Mental Health & Addiction, and address mental health issues in the community.

This event accounts for CoCuLOs #1, 2, 3 & 5 (Knowledge-based).

Date: October 10th, 2022 (Monday)
Time: 5:00-9:00pm (Volunteer), 6:00-8:00 pm (Event)
Location: 2910 Prospect Park Dr, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670

The College of Psychiatric and Neurologic Pharmacists (CPNP) is holding its first Journal Club on November 10th from 4:30-5:30 PM ! This event will fulfill Knowledge-based CoCuLo 3. Learn how to decipher drug literature and understand case studies. These are skills that you will need during your APPEs!
Come join us as Dr. Erika Titus-Lay will be going over an article about smoking cessation in patients with psychiatric illnesses. Article and Microsoft Teams link will be provided the day before!

CPNP and CNUCOP Health and Wellness Committee are collaborating to promote mental health and raise awareness this week!
We understand that everyone feels very stressed out and anxious, especially during this pandemic, but it is important to prioritize your mental health.
We ask you to fill out this google form from the link and exhibit acts of kindness with your friends, family, or yourself! Carrying out an act of kindness can be beneficial to our mental health and mental health of others. It can reduce stress and improve our emotional and physical well-being.
