Please join us in welcoming our new Executive Chef, Wallace Stafford! 💜

After five years with Parkhurst on various campuses, he’s excited to bring his passion for food, leadership, and guest experience to Elmira.

Inspired by cooking alongside his dad and shaped by mentors throughout his career, he believes great food starts with trust, communication, and strong teams. He’s passionate creating memorable dining experiences and making food a meaningful part of student life. Most of all, he’s looking forward to getting to know the Elmira community, learning guests’ favorite dishes, and building connections through great food.

….And if you’re wondering his favorite meal, a béchamel lasagna corner piece is tough to beat! 😂
