Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Polaris Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Polaris vehicles, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and safety. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnostics and Repairs: Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on Polaris vehicles, including ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and other recreational products. Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
Parts Replacement: Identify and replace defective or worn-out parts, ensuring the use of genuine Polaris components.
Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, provide updates on repair status, and offer professional advice on vehicle care.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including diagnostic tests, repairs, and maintenance services.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest Polaris technology, products, and service techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or degree in automotive technology or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technician, preferably with Polaris vehicles or similar products.
Skills:
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license. Polaris certification is a plus.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy parts and equipment, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
Working Conditions:
Environment: Motorsports shop with temperature controlled environment, but will be working outside in conditions on a limited basis.
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm (40 hours per week) Travel: May travel to pick up/deliver units to customer using company vehicle.

Triple E sales, Inc., is hiring for a mechanic. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but must have sufficient amount of experience and talent.
Responsibilities for mechanic:
• Perform skilled work such as engine performance diagnosis, repairs, and tune-ups.
• Basic machining operations- cutting, drilling, and proper tool usage.
• Abide by the company policies such as attendance, safety, processes, teamwork, training, etc.
• Maintain and clean your work area.
• Must be a hands-on individual willing to learn and grow.
• Repair and maintain small engines on various offroad recreational vehicles.
• Perform mechanical inspections and repairs to customer units.
• Work with others to complete other duties as assigned.
• Own tools would be a plus, but not necessary.
Qualifications for mechanic:
• Must be able to bend, reach, twist, and turn with complete flexibility and maneuver in and around tight spaces.
• Must be able to operate forklift and train on and properly use protective gear when operating equipment.
• Must be comfortable speaking with customers about units.
• Must be comfortable working around fumes/dust/odor and handling chemicals (grease, oil)
• Must be comfortable with exposure to noise.
• Must be able to use and understand computer knowledge.
