Name: Ricky Kelley
Class: Senior
Majors: Business- Marketing
Minor: History
Position in SGA: Executive Board Treasurer
Interesting fact: I was once on the front page of my hometown newspaper!

My favorite part of SGA has been hearing from a wide-variety of students about how we can improve our university.

Name: Kathryn Thompson
Class: Junior
Majors: Biochemistry and Spanish
Minor: Mathematics
Position in SGA: Executive Board Secretary
Interesting fact: I've been to all 50 states

My favorite experience of SGA has been getting involved since my freshmen year and all the activities we do including serving Thanksgiving dinner, the Christmas party, and SGA meetings.

It's important for students to be involved in SGA because this is where the student voice gets to be heard and students can know all about what's going on campus that can affect them.

Meet the SGA’s Executive Board Members!

Michael Nachtrab is the Executive Board President.
He is a senior majoring in accounting and information systems.
An interesting fact about Michael is he was born in South Korea and is prohibited from running for president of the U.S.
Michael says it’s important to get involved in SGA because, “it gives tremendous power to the student body and is a place to advocate for change and call to action for anything that you feel passionate about and believe can improve and build upon the greatness of The Mount."

Aimee Solano is the Executive Board Vice-President.
She is a junior majoring in political science and philosophy.
An interesting fact about Aimee is she accidentally tore out her cornea her freshman year.
Aimee says her favorite SGA memory is, "definitely serving food at the Thanksgiving dinner. It's the quintessential example of our community coming together and appreciating all that we have. Being able to give back and serve my fellow students in a literal sense is always extremely rewarding.”
