Our very own secretary & M∴W∴ Grand Master, Dave Hendricks, had an opportunity to lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier! Our Worshipful Master Danny Hendricks and W∴ AJ Pence are also in attendance for the Grand Master’s trip.

What a special opportunity it was for M∴W∴ Hendricks!

Join us for the Grand Master’s Roast & Toast, Saturday, October 10th, along with Tuscan Lodge No. 460, honoring our very own MW Dave Hendricks! Open to the public, but must be 18 years or older.

Registration for the Grand Master's Roast is now open! Please visit https://kansasmason.org/news-and-events/event-registrations/ to register today - seating is limited.

This event will be held in the lodge room of Emporia Lodge No. 12 and is open to the public. Cost is $30 per person, and several slots are still available to "roast" the Grand Master (dinner included) for $250. Beef, chicken and vegetarian dining options are available, catered by MOAB BBQ.

Registration closes September 25, 2026.

This week is Emporia's Battle of the Badges! Go support our local law enforcement and Brothers who work for our local agencies by donating blood. Although all in fun, the real winners are the patients who receive blood!

On Saturday, June 27, 2026, Bro. AJ Pence presented a $2000 check at halftime of the 53rd Kansas Shrine Bowl, as part of a three-year commitment. We’re honored to help support such an amazing organization, along with continuing supporting our Kansas Masonic All-State Marching Band members!

Tomorrow’s the day (June 14th) from 4-7 pm — join us, along with Arab Shriners, for a fun evening of fellowship! We’ll have lots of meat to raffle off!

On Friday, June 12th, Emporia Lodge, along with our Grand Master M∴W∴ Dave Hendricks, recognized three worthy Brothers who’ve served the Craft for 25 years, recognized our widows, Kansas Masonic All-State Marching Band recipients, scholarship winners and more! Miriam Chapter No. 14, OES, joined as well and thank you Sisters for your help last night!

Roughly 140 guests attended.

We also were honored to present the Emporia Community Foundation a $10,000 check in our continued support of their match day program!

What a great day in Kansas Masonry!
