We're thrilled to introduce our new Donor Database Specialist, Yash Kasini to the United Way team!

Yash recently graduated from Gannon University as an IT graduate with a focus on donor database management for nonprofits. He is looking forward to developing user-friendly reporting tools and optimizing database systems to support United Way's mission.

"United Way's focus on using data to drive social impact aligns perfectly with my passion for applying technology to improve communities. I'm excited to contribute my skills in database management and data analysis to support United Way's mission."

In his free time, Yash enjoys mentoring international students who are navigating the US tech scene, drawing from his own experiences as an international student!
