The Northwestern Concrete Canoe Team has been established for 6 years. Our team consists of undergraduate students across many majors, and each year we construct an entirely new full-sized canoe out of specially engineered lightweight concrete. We then compete at the annual ASCE Great Lakes Regional conference where we present our finished canoe and race it alongside other schools. Each year we wo

We're always looking for new members who are passionate about engineering, so if you're interested in learning more or joining the team feel free to attend a meeting (Wednesdays at 6 pm in Tech AG52) or contact our project manager ([email protected]).
