Career Paths in Tech for Arts and Humanities Majors

Mason’s Media, Arts, Design, and Communication Internship and Career Fair will include a series of breakout sessions featuring Mason alumni discussing various career topics in the arts. Mason alumnus Kevone Bennett was a psychology major with a background in music and is now based in the Bay Area as a User Experience Researcher at YouTube Music. Kevone will discuss his career trajectory and share insights on how to leverage arts and humanities degrees for tech internships and jobs. Mason’s Media, Arts, Design, and Communication Internship and Career Fair will include a series of breakout sessions featuring Mason alumni discussing various arts career topics. Mason alumnus Ryan Duncan was a Modern and Classical Languages major and is a New York based actor whose Off-Broadway credits include the original cast of Altar Boyz and his Broadway credits include Gettin’ the Band Back Together and Shrek. Ryan will discuss his career trajectory, how his Mason liberal arts training helped his acting career, and share tips for Mason students and alumni interested in the New York theater scene.
