The Black Student Alliance at George Mason University is purposed to enhance the life of the Black Mason student: academically, culturally, politically, and socially by instilling a sense of ownership and pride in GMU. Moreover, the organization serves as the primary representative body for Black students at the university by serving as a liaison between administration, faculty, and students.
