They’re gearing up for the Fall in Love with Health 5K & Monty’s Mini Mile this October, and we want YOU to join us!

Whether you’re running, walking, bringing the kids or just looking for a fun day with the community, there’s something for everyone. Enjoy the scenic Mon River Rail-Trail, family activities, health and wellness experiences, music, refreshments, door prizes and more!
