Donation ideas include handmade items, artwork, books, gift baskets, gift cards, homemade treats, local business donations, unique experiences, and more.

Donations can come from you, a colleague, family member, friend, or community partner. Even if you aren’t attending the conference, arrangements can be made to get your donation to Green Bay.

Today is the DEADLINE to secure hotel accommodations for the UMR-ACUHO Annual Conference later this month!

Rooms are still available in our original conference room block for Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights. However, our room block has sold out for Wednesday night.

For those who still need accommodations on Wednesday, we have secured an additional block of rooms at the nearby Hampton Inn. Please note that these rooms are available at a higher rate due to the Green Bay Packers home game taking place Thursday night, which has significantly increased hotel demand throughout the area.

If you still need a Wednesday night room, we encourage you to reserve as soon as possible using the Hampton Inn reservation link.

The additional Hampton Inn block will close Monday, October 5, and any unused rooms will be released after that date.

We can’t wait to see you in Green Bay!

0 DAYS LEFT: TODAY IS THE DAY!

Registration for the 2026 UMR-ACUHO Annual Conference closes TODAY — and so does the deadline to reserve your room in the UMR-ACUHO hotel block. This is your final chance to register, secure your hotel room, and join housing and residence life professionals from across the Upper Midwest in Green Bay, Wisconsin, October 28–30.

Still deciding? Here’s some of what is waiting for you:

Professional Development: Spend three days learning alongside colleagues from across the region through educational sessions, mini sessions, curated learning opportunities, case studies, and more.

Preconference Opportunities
- October 27: Lambeau Field Tour
- October 28: Facilities Tours of St. Norbert College and UW-Green Bay
- October 28: Preconference Workshop — Utilizing The College Student’s Guide to Mental Health as a Tool for Your Students

Connection & Community: Meet new colleagues, reconnect with familiar faces, exchange ideas, and build relationships with professionals who understand the work you do.

Conference Experiences: Connect with exhibitors and partners, participate in conference traditions, enjoy social opportunities, and experience everything that makes the UMR-ACUHO community special.

From the opening keynote and educational sessions to networking, social events, the exhibitor showcase, case studies, and closing celebration, there are plenty of opportunities to learn, connect, and recharge.

And don’t forget your hotel. With a Packers home game happening during conference week, lodging in Green Bay will be extremely limited. Reserve your room through the UMR-ACUHO block at the Hyatt Regency Green Bay TODAY - the room block will be released to the public after October 2, 2026.

Three days of learning.
Three days of connection.
Three days with your UMR-ACUHO community.

But today is your LAST DAY to make sure you’re part of it. We’ll see you in Green Bay!
