The Detroit Metro Twelve Chapters’ GenNext Committees came together for the Joint GenNext “Game Night 1908” Celebration, highlighting the incredible impact of GenNext committees across the metro area.

From fellowship and friendly competition to laughter, networking, and celebrating the next generation of leadership, the evening was a true reflection of the bonds that unite us in service and sisterhood. Thank you to everyone who helped make this celebration such a memorable success. We’re excited to continue building connections, empowering one another, and showing that GenNext is now!

An unforgettable day in the D! 💚💗

Alpha Gamma Omicron Omega Chapter took a cultural journey through the Detroit Institute of Arts, where we explored the inspiring Reimagine: African American Art exhibit. The experience sparked meaningful conversations, celebrated the richness of African American creativity, and reminded us of the power of art to preserve our history and shape our future.

We ended the evening with dinner at The Block, enjoying great food, fellowship, and sisterhood.

From arts to dinner, Let’s AGOO to the D: Arts & Dinner in the D was the perfect blend of culture, connection, and community. ✨

🌸🫖 Pearls of Wisdom: Brewing Bonds 🫖🌸

On Saturday, May 30, 2026, the GenNext Committee of Alpha Gamma Omicron Omega Chapter hosted Pearls of Wisdom: Brewing Bonds, a special brunch and tea gathering designed to strengthen connections between AGOO GenNext Sisters and mentors. Held at Beau’s Grillery, the event provided an opportunity for meaningful fellowship, shared experiences, and valuable conversations across generations of sisterhood.

🩷💚Through laughter, networking, and heartfelt discussions, attendees were able to build stronger relationships, exchange wisdom, and celebrate the power of mentorship within our chapter. Events like these remind us that some of the greatest pearls of wisdom are found through the bonds we create and nurture with one another.
