This week, our San Juan College EMT-B students have been out in the community, sharing their passion for Emergency Medical Services at local high school career fairs! 🚨

Our students had the opportunity to talk with high school students about the exciting world of EMS and share information about the EMS programs offered at San Juan College. 📚

Hands-On Learning in the Paramedic Classroom! 🩺

Today the skills lab focused on the Paramedic students building important clinical skills as they learned and practiced Foley Catheter insertion, OG tube placement, and NG tube placement.

Hands-on training like this gives our students the opportunity to develop confidence, precision, and proper patient-care techniques that will serve them well in the field.

Also a BIG THANK YOU to Mary for sharing her knowledge, expertise, and her time to teach. We appreciate you helping our future Paramedics strengthen their skills and prepare for real-world patient care. 👏
