Brick by Brick: A Home for Every Peacock 🦚

In 2027, Upper Iowa University will celebrate 170 years and we’re marking the milestone the way UIU was built from the beginning: one gift, one story, one brick at a time.

The new Brick by Brick donor monument will be located on the entrance lawn and unveiled during Homecoming 2027. The first brick will honor Elizabeth and Robert Alexander, whose generosity helped found Upper Iowa University in 1857.

Now, every Peacock has the opportunity to be part of that legacy.🎓

For a $1,000 gift, you can reserve a personalized brick honoring yourself, your family, a class year, a mentor, a loved one or your UIU story. Payment options are available, including one-time, quarterly or monthly payments.

Brick by brick, generation by generation, we’re building a place where every Peacock belongs. 🩵

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, honor the courage of first responders and service members, and reflect on the strength shown in the days that followed.

We will never forget.
