Two Bentonville High graduates built an AI companion to help children with autism and speech disabilities find their voice. It took first in its category at the world's largest pre-college science fair.

This fall, both inventors chose to bring that talent to the University of Arkansas.

Meet Sanjay Javangula, left, and Soham Shekhar, and Pico, the patient panda they designed to give kids a place to practice talking.
