Human Resource Management Association at University of Arkansas We are a student run organization at the University of Arkansas focused on the Human Resources field and profession.

Our organization is open to anyone who is interested in this field or related fields! We hold meetings once a month throughout the academic year. HR professionals are brought in to discuss the positions they hold and how their job is incorporated into their organizations. We create networking opportunities for students interested in HR with HR professionals in Northwest Arkansas. This organization is open to anyone who is interested, not just Human Resource or Business Majors.

Hello Everyone,

Tomorrow night (Wednesday February 19) we will be having our next HRMA meeting at 6 PM in the Hembree Room (Walker Hall 203).

Our guest speaker is Krista Smalley. She is a Human Resources professional, and she will be talking to us about how to get ready for the career fair, from an HR perspective. She is very personable and is a great contact. Feel free to bring your resume if you have any questions.

Free pizza and drinks will be provided. All are welcome to attend. We hope to see you all there!

Tomorrow night (Tuesday November 19) at 6 pm we will be having our next HRMA meeting in the Hembree room (Walker Hall 203).

Our speaker will be Russell Tooley, Senior VP for Corporate and International Human Resources for Tyson Foods.

We are also collecting dues, which are $10 cash or check made out to HRMA.

Free Zaxby's will be provided tomorrow night. We hope to see you all there!

Hello Everyone,

We are having our second meeting of the semester tonight at 6 pm. The meeting will be in the Reynolds Center, Seminar Room A (first room on your left when you walk in the front doors).

At this meeting, we have the pleasure of welcoming a guest speaker, Angela Robinson. Ms. Robinson is the Publisher/Owner of The Job Guide. You have probably seen The Job Guide in the bins inside grocery stores, outside retail stores, and even outside the Harmon parking garage. Ms. Robinson is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and will be speaking to us about staffing, recruiting, and other related topics.

To be an active HRMA member for the year, our dues are $10. We accept checks made out to "HRMA" or cash. We probably won't have exact change, so exact cash is preferable!

There will be free pizza tonight! Hope to see y'all there!

There will be food and we will be listening to a speaker about her different HR experiences in the United States and abroad! Hey Everyone! Here is what our new HRMA Shirts will look like! HOW CUTE!! They are $15 (this will also cover your dues for the year). Please come with cash or a check made out to Human Resource Management Association if you have not paid. The next time you can turn this in will be at Wednesday's Meeting or there will be one more meeting before Finals. Please get this in to us so you will be guaranteed a shirt before we leave for Summer!!! If you have paid, you will be able to pick them up at the Officer Elections Meeting this Wednesday at 6:30 in WCOB 243. YAY T-SHIRTS!!!
