We were so excited to kick off the new school year with an evening at City Park! Our back to school event was the perfect chance to step away from school and spend time together. Here’s to another great year!

On Saturday, we welcomed our new Staff Editor class at orientation! The SEs learned about the cite-checking process and had their first meeting to begin planning for their notes and comments. We are excited for the great year ahead!

Last but not least, we are thrilled to introduce our 2026-2027 Executive Committee! As Editor-in-Chief, Emilee will lead our incredible team in literally everything that we do. Serving as Executive Editor, Zoie oversees the editing process of articles that will be published in the upcoming year. Emma, as Managing Editor, will oversee the writing process as the incoming Staff Editors’ prepare their notes and comments. We’re grateful to have these talented leaders serving our organization and can’t wait to see all they accomplish this year!

The Arkansas Law Review is thrilled to announce our 2026-2027 masthead! Congratulations to our 2L Staff Editors! This is an exceptional group, and we can’t wait to see all that is accomplished this year!

We’re excited to introduce more members of our 2026-2027 Editorial Board! Sydney will lead the planning of our annual Symposium, bringing distinguished legal scholars from across the country to discuss timely and impactful issues facing the legal community. Cooper and Anthony will oversee Arkansas Law Notes, our online companion publication, helping showcase insightful legal scholarship beyond the pages of the Review. Timothy will develop this year’s Write-On Competition and guide our Staff Editors as they begin the exciting process of selecting topics for their notes and comments. We are grateful to have these outstanding leaders on our team and look forward to all they will accomplish this year!

Meet our 2026–2027 Articles Editors! Margarita, Claire, Monica, Grier, Peyton, and Cole will support the editing process by reviewing law review articles for substantive and technical edits, as well as reviewing writing for larger structural issues.
