The Division of Student Affairs has chosen the Clifton StrengthsFinder Assessment as the tool to help students discover, develop, and apply their natural talents and strengths. In conjunction with the Gallup Organization, our strengths development initiatives will give students, faculty, and staff members the opportunity to develop strengths by building on their greatest talents -- the way in which they most naturally think, feel, and behave as unique individuals.
