‪The Electrichemical society at University of Arkansas will hold a seminar next Wednesday (November 14th). 5:00pm at BELL 2267. Pizza and drinks will be provided! Dr. Audie Key Thompson (Assistant Professor of Chemical Engineering) will present her research on the filtration performance and biofouling resistance of cellulose acetate membranes with silver nanoparticles. Dr. Cynthia Sides (Director of Industry Engagement) will discuss demand-driven opportunities for STEM graduate students, including the PAAD (Professional Awareness, Advancement, and Development) program.

Electrochemical Society (ECS) student chapter will be hosting a motivational seminar on Entrepreneurship as a part of our distinguished lecture series for graduate and undergraduate students on September 5, 2018 at 5 pm in room 2267, Bell Engineering. Food will be provided. Eminent Professor and Associate Vice-Chancellor for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Arkansas, Dr. Carol Reeves will be the honored guest speaker.They will introduce the Electrochemical Society and describe the benefits of its free student membership.
