UARK Alpha Gamma Rho Alpha Iota Chapter of Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity, University of Arkansas Alpha Gamma Rho isn't like other fraternities.

In AGR you'll get the opportunity to experience both a social and a professional fraternity. AGR does what you expect a social fraternity to do: socialize with other students on campus and people in the community. But AGR is more than just one of those strictly social fraternities; it is also a professional fraternity. All members of AGR have related career interests. AGR is for young men pursuing any career related to the agriculture, food or fiber industries.

Making Better Men through leadership, education, and networking opportunities!

Members of Alpha Iota’s Executive Council went to Louisville, Kentucky for ΑΓΡ National Convention this August. The Brothers attended all ΑΓΡ business meetings & ceremonies, received awards, toured local distilleries & museums, visited Churchill Downs, etc.

Brothers Ethan Tomboli, Tyler Madara, Kyler Everett, and Cale Fogarty networked with alumni and undergrads from all over the country.

All ΑΓΡ Brothers get this opportunity every 2 years and undergraduate Alpha Iota brothers get countless other annual opportunities to grow themselves professionally and socially. Next Convention is in Denver!

Arkansas vs Tulsa AT NIGHT! 7 pm kickoff on Saturday, September 26.

No obligations. No business meetings. Just Tailgating. Just Fun & Brotherhood!

Alpha Iota Undergraduate Chapter and Alumni Chapter invite all ΑΓΡ Alumni & their families to the chapter house at 10 N. Garland Ave, Faytteville, AR 72701 (The furthest south Greek house on Stadium Drive)

Come visit with your chapter brothers, find your composite, and enjoy some fun, food, and drinks. Come for lunch starting at 11 am and stay for the good times.

Making Better Men! Rush the Rho!

Congrats to Brother Drew Hamilton who was recognized as an Outstanding Undergraduate of the Year by the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity National Office! ΑΓΡ has over 3,000 undergraduates and nearly 80 chapters, and only 3 of these recognitions were awarded at ΑΓΡ National Convention this year.

Brother Hamilton was Alpha Iota's Noble Ruler for 2025. Drew guided our fraternity through a season of exponential growth and navigated the challenges that came with that with his fellow Brothers. Brother Hamilton also led his chapter under one roof for the first time in over 15 years last year!

Drew graduated with a degree in Biomedical Engineering with a cumulative gpa of 3.96 through 130 credit hours. Drew served on ΑΓΡ executive council for two years. As VNR Philanthropy, he increased Alpha Iota's contributions to charities in money raised and hours participated by his Brothers. Drew has his eyes set on being a medical doctor next!

As UA starts classes today, we wanted to let you know that the brothers of Alpha Gamma Rho, Alpha Iota, worked hard this summer to develop their professional careers too!

3 National ΑΓΡ Awards for Alpha Iota Chapter!

GOLD ΑΓΡ Chapter Status Recognition at National Convention!

• Academic Excellence Award-1st Place
• Chapter Communications Award-3rd Place
• Outstanding Undergraduate of the Year-Drew Hamilton

ΑΓΡ has over 70 chapters and had over 3,100 active undergraduate brothers during 2025-2026 academic year. This is the first time Alpha Iota has won any of these 3 awards!

During 2025-2026, Alpha Iota initiated the 2nd highest total of new ΑΓΡ brothers [50 men] amongst all chapters!!

Alpha Iota ended the year as the 3rd largest ΑΓΡ Chapter in the nation [101 members] right behind University of Tennessee and University of Georgia. At winter break, we were the 2nd largest chapter, but we graduated an outstanding 31 brothers in May!

The Alpha Iota Chapter continues to get recognition for our strong efforts as a chapter, we will continue to work hard to achieve more to make our families, supporters, and alumni brothers proud.
