Our Junior nursing students had a great time in Fundamentals Lab this week! 🩺💚💛

They jumped right into hands-on learning with restraint safety, proper handwashing techniques, and - of course - an unforgettable nursing milestone: their first encounter with the infamous “poop smell” spray! 💩😂

What a great first week of learning, practicing, and building those essential nursing skills. We can’t wait to see what this group accomplishes! 💚💛

On Thursday, April 23, we celebrated a meaningful milestone in the journey of our MU Bachelor of Science in Nursing students at the BSN Pinning Ceremony. 💙🩺

This time-honored tradition recognizes the dedication, perseverance, and compassion our nursing graduates have shown throughout their education. As each student received their nursing pin, they were honored not only for their academic achievements, but for their commitment to serving others with skill, integrity, and heart.

We are incredibly proud of these future nurses and look forward to the impact they will make in the lives of patients, families, and communities.
