➡️ This course lays the groundwork for becoming a fluent signer. Learn fingerspelling, ABCs, and vocabulary (179+ signs). Additionally, you will be introduced to glossing, classifiers, and the five parameters of signs. The deaf culture, history of the Deaf community, and the beginnings of American Sign Language in America will also be covered.

FTCC's Therapeutic Massage evening cohort, led by instructor Wendi Sheets, provides chair massages for the community each month at Cape Fear Botanical Garden before its monthly yoga class.

These sessions serve as valuable clinical hours for our Massage Therapy students, and FTCC is proud to partner with Cape Fear Botanical Garden to promote health and wellness in our community.
