After two years of dedicated training, hard work, and growth, we are thrilled to welcome Cairiel as a full-time Certified Midwife at Authentic!

Throughout her journey, she has demonstrated a passion for supporting families, a commitment to evidence-based care, and a deeply held belief in physiological birth.

She is a high-energy team member whose contagious laugh and joyful presence light up every room she walks into. Cairiel's warmth, compassion, and dedication have made her a beloved part of the Authentic community, and we couldn't be more excited to see her step into this new role.
