PhD TUTOR

PhD TUTOR WE ARE STARTING.. this page is to be about EDUCATION on MATH and SCIENCE. We want to share our experience and offer our services. Sounds too weird?

Hi, I'm George - PhD physicist with more than 20 years of tutoring experience at all possible levels and with variety of students ranging from gifted kids of elementary school to PhD students of Washington Uni as well as active tutors themselves. I taught at TSU (Georgia) as a junior professor of physics, as teaching assistant at Heidelberg University, (Germany), physics teachers trainer in Teache

r Development & Certification Program, as awarded lecturer of physics to deliver science presentations throughout of schools of Georgia, High/middle/Elementary/Home school teacher and active private teacher and lecturer. I think I've enough experience to help you with your questions be this homework problems or deep understanding of concepts you work with. There is some public information available (including feedback from students) about my qualification or teaching experience and I'd glad to provide them if someone wants to know more about me. AS A resume: Tutoring is a job that I like to do the most - I belong to a family having 3 generations of successful teaching and tutoring practice in different subjects but especially in math and science. Teaching Style:
I'm really patient (even with my own kids!) and start with putting myself in my student's shoes. I'm using variety of tools to deliver knowledge: verbal, visual, graphical, math formulas, examples from everyday life! From my point of view there is no concept or problem which cannot be approached by anyone with any experience at least to some extent. Sure that might take some time and efforts but that's it. But I can tell you that there is a way to explain Big Bang or String Theory (some advanced theories in Physics) or Topology (Advanced Math) to elementary school students ... and I've done something similar or even got grant for this. Hobbies:
My first hobby and supreme job is my family and my kids. The next hobby really is helping people with their struggles to understand something which is important for them and I can help with - that includes my math&physics teaching but goes much more further. My another hobby is Music and singing especially with kids and family.
