NAUghty Bits "To promote honesty in performance and to teach actors to trust their instincts in the moment through improvisational training." Come play with us!

But also, like, to have fun and do comedy and create community and friendship. The revival of NAU Theatre's long-standing Improv troupe. We promote creativity, individuality, and honesty through improvisational games and events. By exercising our improv muscles every week, we hope to to express our love for theatre around Flagstaff. NAUghty Bits is working closely with Arizona Playmakers, a student organization established in 1928, and hopes the relationship blossoms into a beneficial production team on the NAU campus.

It's the time of year when goodbyes just get harder and harder.... With two amazing seniors graduating from our ranks this year, our Senior Show is bound to kill you with laughter. Come support our improvers as they move on from college improv and enter the real world- but not without one heckuva banging show. This Monday at 5pm in the Studio Theatre, we'll be crying, laughing and giving them a big ol' kick off to end the year. Don't miss out on seeing their last show here with NAUghty Bits!

Been waiting for an amazing comeback? We're back and kicking off the year with our first show this Friday @ 8! Masks are required and seating is limited for safety, so be ready for first come, first serve to those who are there and prepared. Check us out for an awesome and we'll make sure to bring a ton of energy to celebrate our first show of the year back in person!

Say wat !

NAUghty Bits is returnéd for an end of the year show! We’ve been pretty quiet this past year, we know – we wanted to minimize burnout as much as possible given this tumultuous year. But we’ve also spent the last school year improving our skills and adapting to the new format of virtual improv! Think of this show as “cumulative” for the end of the year, to show off what we’ve been working on!

The show is happening on the 7th of May (05/07/21) at 7PM! We will be recording it at 7 with a pseudo-live audience (not livestreamed, so as not to eat up bandwidth/cause technical issues – you’ll have to trust us that we make things up), then uploading it immediately after!

If you are interested in being part of that virtual audience, please send us a dang DM, and we’ll send you the dang Zoom link!
