The weather was perfect for our first annual Community Garden Chapel last week! 🌱

We had a great time harvesting and eating some of our produce (along with frybread made by Kyon and Chelsey!), talking about creation care as an expression of following Jesus, and connecting with God through the beauty and goodness of His creation.

We are so thankful for this space and can't wait to see what the students grow here next! 🌳🥕🫛🌸🥬

The Native Mending the Soul team at IBC recently had the honor of sharing a biblical understanding of trauma, abuse, and healing with Dził Ná’ Odiłii Bible Church at their annual camp meeting. We are so grateful for the opportunity and for everyone who participated. It was a powerful and hope-filled weekend!

On June 28th, a group from the IBC community traveled to Bloomfield, NM to enjoy a day of celebration as Pastor Irvinson Jones (IBC Class of 1999) officially handed over the position of shepherding the congregation at Dził Ná’ Odiłii Bible Church to 2025 IBC graduate, Aaron Betselie.

What a beautiful and God-glorifying event to see a1999 IBC graduate purposefully pass the baton to a fellow graduate from his congregation whom he helped disciple!

Take a peek into the Language Elective course at IBC!

In this class, students work together with a "language nurturer" to grow in their comprehension of Indigenous languages like Navajo and Apache. The course is a great opportunity for students to not only become more fluent in their tribal languages, but to develop a deeper appreciation for language as an expression of God’s creative diversity and design among Indigenous peoples.

IBC exists to empower Indigenous Christ-followers for ministry to the Nations 🌍 We're so proud of these five graduates and three students (representing five different tribal nations!) engaging cross-culturally in three different countries this year!

This week one team is sharing the gospel through cultural presentations in France while another participates in an archeological dig in Israel, and last month, two graduate staff members helped lead a Mending the Soul training in Uganda!
