The LifeLine Center is seeking a reliable and compassionate office support professional to help sustain our high standards of care. As a counseling practice committed to sensitivity and client dignity, we rely on administrative partners who are detail-oriented, emotionally attuned, and comfortable navigating confidential documentation and dynamic scheduling needs.
Ideal candidates will:
• Be dependable, efficient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and a warm, professional front-desk presence.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment while staying orderly and composed.
• Possess solid computer skills, including comfort with EHR systems, scheduling platforms, and digital communication tools.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully, contributing to a culture of cooperation, collaboration, and teamwork.
• Support clinicians with outreach, follow-up, and resource organization.
• Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards across all interactions.
• Adhere strictly to all organizational policies and procedures, maintaining structure and consistency in daily tasks.
• Report directly to management and ensure timely, transparent communication regarding responsibilities and workflow
