Congratulations to the Senior Service College Fellowship (SSCF) Class of 2026!

These graduates crushed the 10-month senior-level educational and leadership development program sponsored by the U.S. Army Acquisition Support Center that prepares Army acquisition professionals to direct portfolios and strengthen the industrial base with character and vision.

WarU President Bilyana Anderson offered the 20 graduating fellows a final assignment, "Be bold. Take on the tough challenges, ask the hard questions, and be willing to take risks to develop, deliver and support critical capabilities for our warfighters."

2026 marks 20 years of the SSCF program in which fellows explore critical acquisition issues, conduct graduate-level research, and participate in capstone site visits, policy seminars and mentoring relationships with senior leaders across government and industry.

Judge Horn will help demystify the Court of Federal Claims and discuss the legal standards considered when protests are brought before the court.

Congratulations to the recipients of the 2025 David Packard Excellence in Acquisition Award, the Department of War’s highest acquisition award, recognizing exemplary innovation and best acquisition practices.

The Honorable Michael Duffey, Under Secretary of War for Acquisition and Sustainment, presented the awards at a recent ceremony hosted at our Fort Belvoir campus. Today, we celebrated recipients of the War Department’s 2025 Warfighting Acquisition Awards during a ceremony hosted by the Michael Duffey, Under Secretary of War for Acquisition and Sustainment at our Fort Belvoir, Va. campus.

Mr. Duffey remarked, “Today, we recognize the individuals and teams whose 2025 achievements exemplify the very best of the acquisition workforce and whose work directly advances the Secretary of War's priorities and the Department's acquisition transformation strategy through speed, flexibility, and disciplined execution.”
