Hi all, happy Sunday! Come join us for our next meeting this Tuesday, where will be continuing our chakra series. This meeting we are focusing on both the sacral chakra and solar plexus chakra. We will be engaging in a yoga flow, so bring your mat and a towel/blanket for our sunset vinyasa! Come learn a little about these two chakras and practice with us! Hey contemplatives!! Join us for the FIRST Mindful Living meeting of the 2020-2021 school year this Tuesday, September 1st at 6:30 pm on the Library Lawn! This meeting will be all about setting intentions for the new semester and school year, and we will experience a manifestation meditation in order to bring our wishes into full fruition. Hello everyone! Welcome back to FGCU, we hope you are safe and well. We want to formally announce that we will be active this semester! This is our 6th year (founded Fall 2014) and we aren’t stopping now! 💞💯 We believe it’s more important than ever to be sharing Mindfulness & Wellness content as taking care of yourself is of paramount importance during these trying times. 😌 We also want everyone to know that for the foreseeable future, the majority of content / meetings will be 100% virtual / remote. If we do decide to have in person content, it will be required that all attendees follow all CDC & FGCU guidelines for social distancing and PPE (masks etc). We hope to be able to support current students this academic year and help however we can, so we can all get through this together. 🤝🙌🙏
