Now that Michaella is graduated what is one of the biggest takeaways she had during her time in the HSM program? 🎓

"A lesson that I have learned during my studies that I have been able to apply to my career is believing in myself. While this is not something you can learn through textbook studies, it is definitely something that I learned throughout my time in the HSM program. I once had a professor tell me, "If you start doubting yourself, the whole room will start doubting you before you even walk in." This has stuck with me throughout my schooling and throughout my career. Even if you are worried about the potential outcome, if you stop believing in yourself, others will eventually follow. Throughout the program, I have learned to take every day one step at a time, take a deep breath, and walk into the room knowing you are in the room for a reason."
