📚✨ From Case Study to Assessment Plan!

Today, our future educators took learning beyond simply identifying a problem. After analyzing real-world case studies, students developed and presented assessment plans designed to improve practice and better support student learning.

Their plans challenged them to think intentionally about assessment design, alignment to learning objectives, validity and reliability, accommodations, data collection, and how assessment results can be used to guide instructional decisions.

This is teacher preparation in action! Learning about how to create assessments that are not just about assigning a grade, but about understanding what students know, identifying what they need, and determining what comes next. 🍎📊💚💛
