Unfortunately, WM Chris Curcia was under the weather last night but, fortunately Bro. Matt Kuziemski, our SW, was willing and able to step into the East for the evening’s meeting. Great job on “holding down the fort”, Bro. SW!

A successful return to labor for the Lodge last night! We had a 2026 recap/look ahead talk by WM Chris Curcia, a presentation of the Freehold Ghost Tours investigation by RW Ken Long, and a presentation of Chapter 14 of The Quiet Watch by RW William Krzewick.

We also balloted on Steve Friedeman who will join our craft in November, and witness the awarding of the Brearley Medal to Brother James A. Long by RW Chris Harris, DDGM.

If this is how we’re kicking back into gear, you can bet that the rest of the year is going to be as strong as ever!

The Olive Branch Lodge #16 Gala is officially here!

Join us on Saturday, April 24, 2027 from 6:00–10:00 PM at the Historic American Hotel in Freehold for an evening of fine dining, open bar, live music, dancing, raffles, and fellowship.

Tickets are $125 per person, with reserved tables of 8 available. When purchasing tickets, please include the names of anyone you would like to be seated with.

We are also offering a variety of Gala sponsorship and commemorative program opportunities for businesses, organizations, families, and individuals who would like to help support the event.

Please join us on Tuesday, September 22nd, 2026, at our second regular communication back from the summer refreshment as we welcome RW Robert H. Johnson, member of the Education Committee of the Grand Lodge of Illinois and host of the “Whence Came You?” podcast as he Zooms into our Lodge to discuss the “Mystical Legacies: Unveiling the Esoteric Origins and Historical Implications of Atlantis, Lemuria, and Occult Traditions”.

This presentation is open to all Masons and Non-Masons. The presentation will begin approximately at 8PM.

We will be live streaming RW Johnson in the Lodge Room so you can join us in person as well!

David Crenshaw, the son of our late Brother, Robert Crenshaw Jr., is a member of Kearny VFW and has organized a Memorial 5K for tomorrow morning at Branch Brook Park in Newark. Enterprise Lodge No. 31 will be in attendance as volunteer assistants and has reached out to ask other Brothers to help!

Join the ladies with Tangled related activities and a viewing of the movie to cap off the night. All proceeds go to the Children’s Dyslexia Center Foundation.
