Today, we celebrate and say goodbye to an incredible member of the Richter Center family, Kayla Gomez, our Special Projects Coordinator. 🤍 🐾

Kayla has made such a lasting impact during her time at the Richter Center through her dedication, kindness, leadership, and passion for serving others. From supporting students and community partners to bringing countless projects and events to life, she has truly done amazing things for our campus and community. Her positive energy and caring heart made everyone around her feel welcomed and supported.

As she begins an exciting new chapter at the College of the Sequoias Tulare campus, we know she will continue to inspire and make a difference everywhere she goes. While we are so excited for all that is ahead for her, she will truly be missed here at the Richter Center.

Thank you, Kayla, for everything you have given to this team and community. Your impact will always be a part of the Richter Center, and we are so grateful to have had you with us! 💐✨

Spirit of Service is all about celebrating the people who go beyond the classroom to make a real difference.

From students to faculty and staff, this event recognizes the thousands of hours poured into volunteering, giving back, and strengthening our community. It’s more than an award—it’s a reminder that service is at the core of Fresno State, and that even the smallest acts can create a lasting impact.
