Fall 2023 semester begins: Monday, August 21, 2023
Faculty Office Hours Will begin: Monday, August 28, 2023 hours will be posted on Friday, August 25, 2023.

Just a reminder that summer office hours are 7 AM to 3:30 PM and close for lunch daily from 12 to 1230.

I am also getting many inquiries about students wishing to meet with faculty and their inability to get a hold of them. Faculty are not required to work during the summer, nor are they required to meet or respond to emails from students. If you call and leave a voicemail or if you send an email please be patient faculty will return for the fall 2023 semester beginning August 17 if you have any questions or an emergency that cannot wait till then please feel free to contact me, stop by the office second-floor room 212 or email me.

Our 53rd annual Jordan College commencement event is less than six weeks away on Friday, May 19, 2:45-4:15 pm!!! (participating students need to sign up by Friday, April 21 at: https://bit.ly/FS23-jcast-commencement-rsvp ). 🎓🎉👩‍🎓👏👪

Graduates should arrive at the Save Mart Center east loading dock (off Chestnut) by 2 p.m., and guests are encouraged to arrive by 2:15 pm since security checkpoints at both entrances will be crowded.

A pre-event reception from 1-1:45 pm is open to students, faculty, staff, family & friends and hosted by our Fresno State Ag One Foundation at the Conley Art East Lawn Area (5225 N Backer Ave, next to parking lot P5).

REMINDER: After a three-year hiatus the Department of Fresno State Industrial Technology welcomes back its 33rd Career Fair and Banquet in the resident dining hall at 5:00 PM. If you didn't have a chance to RSVP please call Debbie in the IT office by 1:30.

Good Afternoon -

After a three-year hiatus, the department of industrial technology is pleased to announce that The Annual IT Spring Banquet and Career Fair are back and we are looking forward to seeing everyone.

Our annual spring banquet will be held on Tuesday, March 21, at the Residence Dining Hall. This is a job fair/networking event you don't want to miss. We will have alumni, industry representatives, and advisory board members, This is also an occasion where you get a lead on your career opportunity!

This year's guest speaker will be Bill Betts with Betts Company

This is an event for ALL STUDENTS including freshmen and sophomores. Come out, enjoy some good food, meet new people, and hear what our guest speaker has to say. We hope to see you all there, please RSVP early to reserve a seat. The cost for all current students and their guests is $10.00 per person and for all Alumni and their guest is $35.00 each
