A new residence hall is open and ready to be a home to students for years to come! 🏠🧡💙

On August 28, 2026, The Jewell Plummer Cobb Residence Hall held its grand opening, honoring the late Dr. Jewell Plummer Cobb, former president of Cal State Fullerton. We are grateful to all those able to attend.

We can’t  wait to hear the stories of students who will make this building a home as they persue their education. We hope you enjoy the late night study sessions, the RA bonding nights and making connections that will last with you beyond your years living here!

We’re thrilled to announce two important leadership appointments in the Division of Student Affairs and Strategic Enrollment Management! 🎉

🔵 Dr. Jessica Barco has been appointed permanently as Associate Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management. With nearly two decades of dedicated service and a deep commitment to student-centered success, Dr. Barco will continue leading key areas including Admissions, Financial Aid, Recruitment, the Titan Hub, Career Center, and more.

🟠 Dr. Jennifer Hammat joins us as Associate Vice President for Engagement and Student Success. Bringing extensive leadership experience from across Student Affairs, she will oversee Athletics Academic Services, the Male Success Initiative, EOP, TRIO, Veterans Resource Center, and more.

Please join us in congratulating Dr. Barco and warmly welcoming Dr. Hammat to the Titan family! We’re excited for the continued impact these exceptional leaders will have on our students and campus community.
