WAIV CSUF WAIV provides CSUF students/ DOR clients with career development and job placement resources to retain career related employment upon graduation.

WorkAbility IV (WAIV) is dedicated to providing students with disabilities, who are registered clients of the Department of Rehabilitation, with career development services and resources necessary to secure and retain career related employment after graduation from California State University, Fullerton. To participate in the WorkAbility IV Program you must be an active client with Department of R

ehabilitation and a current student (Junior or Senior year) or recent graduate of CSUF. WAIV offers pre-employment services such as:
• Career Assessments and Development
• Individual Career Counseling
• Resume and Cover Letter Development
• Mock Interviews
• Internship and Job Search
• Preparation for Career Fairs and On-Campus Interviews
• Career and Disability Workshops
• Connections to Local Job Fairs and Employers
• Assistance with Job Placement
• Federal and State Employment Advising (Schedule A and LEAP)
• Workforce Recruitment Program
• Weekly Job Club
• Job Retention Strategies and Follow-Up
