💜Women’s History Month 2026 Wrap Up! 💜

What a month! 🎉 A huge thank you to everyone who joined us during Women’s History Month for 6 amazing events, you truly showed up and showed out!

In this highlight reel, we:
☕ Kicked off Women’s History Month with Tuffy & Co. Pop-Up Cafe serving coffee and matcha
💄 Challenged beauty standards & built self-confidence during Daughter Dialogues with AARC
♥️ Learned about coming of age ceremonies in Indigenous California from cultural practitioner, Naomi Knox
💪Got active at Poolside Pilates with Girl Gains and the SRC
🎓 Conversed with women in leadership and felt empowered at our Leadership Roundtable with Alumni
📕 Ended the month learning about the WRC archives, craftivism, and contributed to the archives with the Makerspace & our Library Liaison, Michaela Bettez

🎉 Join us in celebrating the milestones of the WRC through a luncheon with food and activities! Connect and build community with students, staff, and faculty.

🗓️April 30th

🌷 Our theme: Soft Spring. Optional: Feel free to dress in floral or pastel colors!

We are seeking a currently enrolled CSUF student poet or spoken word artist to perform an original piece at our all about her celebration. The selected poet should:
- Be a currently enrolled CSUF student (undergraduate or graduate)
- Be available to perform on April 30, 2026
- Prepare an original 5–7 minute piece
- Engage themes such as identity, gender, resilience, community, empowerment, or personal growth
- Be comfortable performing in front of a live audience
Preference will be given to students whose work reflects lived experience, storytelling, and/or connections to gender equity and community building.
