Through education, research and outreach, the Mihaylo Global Initiatives & Programs strives to enhance global competency, promote global awareness, and foster international business education at and beyond Cal State Fullerton. Drawing upon diverse faculty expertise at the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics and leveraging the
international education resources from across the Cal State Fullerton campus, Mihaylo Global enhances international business education at CSUF by integrating multiple perspectives, infusing innovative pedagogies, facilitating collaboration and mentorship, and expanding experiential learning opportunities. Mihaylo Global is committed to produce future generations of business leaders that embrace the complexity of an increasingly global business environment, and are competitive in the rapidly expanding global economy. Mihaylo Global collaborates with CSUF campus partners, peer institutions, companies, and government organizations around the world to support educational and research initiatives aimed at improving understanding of the global marketplace, enhancing knowledge of the multi-dimensionality of international business, and exploring strategies to help business leaders develop the intellectual, cultural, social, and psychological competencies necessary to succeed in a complex global business environment. Mihaylo Global is dedicated to its role as a regional resource for international business, providing resources and opportunities to the widest audience possible when addressing the leading trends in international business. Through outreach efforts, Mihaylo Global will bring relevant research findings and policy updates to the business community, provide training and professional development to enhance the ability of business leaders to address global economic challenges, and strengthen the partnership and exchange between the business and the academic community. Through these activities, Mihaylo Global intends to expand the reach and influence of the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics in the local and global community, enhance MCBE's visibility around the world, further the internationalization effort of the College, and ultimately, build MCBE and Cal State Fullerton as regional and global leaders in international business education.
