NEWCOMER SPOTLIGHT: Carter Nading joins the running owls from Mexico, MO to continue his career in cross country and distance track! This 2025-26 season has come to a close! This has been a long and beautiful season! This nationals was amazing to see. Even with the weather delays, it was great to be here in Asheville, NC!

Day 1:
Isiah Craighead got us started with men’s javelin. After jumping up over 10 meters in one season! Ended up getting 12th!
4x800 relay team - Blaine, Wyatt, Gabe and Ethan showed out at conference, hit the standard and showed off their excellence. So proud of their 22nd placement as one of the top teams in the country!

Day 2:
Anna Hart continues her impressive career in the Race-walk! Still considered a rookie and now earned her 2nd All-American Award! Placing 6th place and scoring our sole points at the National NAIA level.
Mekayla Gibson and Crystal Ruden worked so hard. After being delayed multiple times due to weather, geared up and fought like crazy for the entire 10,000! Mekayla earned her 9th place finish and Crystal her 15th in the country. Crystal finished her career as a prolific member of this family. She will be missed, she will move into the American Sign Language world and take it by storm!

Day 3:
The birthday woman, Mekayla, ended her hall of fame worthy career in the 5,000! Still feeling the effects of the 10,000 she fought her hardest to finish 17th place! Someone who stepped up in so many ways this year, she will become a teacher and teach the next generation! Her impact will be missed.

Here are our Nationals Qualifiers!!! You all have done a remarkable job getting to this point, but the jobs not finished quite yet! Nationals start on Wednesday the 20th and end on Friday the 22nd. Check out Wilson, Soest, Martin, Brodersen, Gibson, Ruden, and Craighead competing on Wednesday, and Hart, and possibly the 4x800 again, competing on Thursday! Make sure to tune in!!!!
